• Why the auction?

We hold the auction each year because we count on a certain amount of fundraising in order to keep our tuition costs as low as they are. BCS offers quality Christian education at a price much lower than most private schools in Delmarva, and part of that is through the generosity of local businesses and those who want to invest in Christian education on the Eastern Shore.

  • What is the auction?

We will have hundreds of items from local (and other) businesses available for silent auction from 5-7 pm. You’ll find everything from gift cards, art, toys, decor, passes, memorabilia, business services, and much more!

We will then hold a live auction at 7:00 pm for some higher value items, like vacation trips, furniture, customized projects, and more.

When you arrive you will be given a bid card with a unique number which is good for both the silent and live auctions. No purchase is necessary to attend.

Checkout for silent auction items begins at 7 pm. Checkout for live auction items begins after the live auction concludes.

  • Do I need a ticket?

No, attendance at the auction is free: You don’t need a ticket, but you are welcome to purchase a spaghetti dinner ticket from a BCS student, which helps our students earn bonuses like gift cards, treats, trampoline park trips, and more.

  • I just want to make a donation!

That’s fine! Any donation helps us continue to bring quality education to families on the Eastern Shore. You can make a tax-deductible donation by following the link below.

If you wish to make an item donation for the auction, please contact either the office or a BCS student that you know.

We have provided a way for you to keep track of your donations, and where people are going locally, so that we don’t all go to the same businesses. Use the link below to enter your donations, and the spreadsheet here will automatically update as people make entries.
