Tuition
We divide the total year's tuition into ten payments. You can pay by check, cash, card, or through our convenient emailed invoices.
First Child
$4,500.00 per year
$450 per month for 10 months
2nd Child (Multi-child Discount)
$4,200.00 per year
$420 per month for 10 months
3rd Child (Multi-child Discount)
$3,900.00
$390 per month for 10 months
4th+ Child (Multi-child Discount)
For a family’s fourth child and on, the tuition rate is:
$3,600.00 per year
$360 per month for 10 months
Fees - 2026-2027 School Year
Enrollment Fee (K5-12th)
If paid before June 9, 2026: $150.00
If paid after June 9, 2026: $200.00
Materials Fee (K5-12th)
Please note that this is NOT a book rental fee. All books are purchased.
Gym T-shirt included in price.
Materials Fee Must be paid in full by September 1. If paid in full by July 1, 10% discount applies.
K5: $300
1st-11th: $500
12th: Based on classes
Early Stay and Late Stay Fees
Early Stay: 7 AM-8 AM: $5.00 per hour
Late Stay: 4 PM-6 PM: $9 per day
Family Maximum Fee Per Day: $20.00
Early and Late Stay fees are invoiced to you regularly throughout the school year based on usage of the service.
Transportation Fee
For your convenience, we offer transportation to and from the Delmar, MD area. Check the office for rates and hours.
Late Fee
A $15.00 late fee is automatically levied on any unpaid balance on your bill after the tenth of each month. Failure to bring your account current by the end of the calendar month will result in financial withdrawal. Students may not attend classes until the bill is paid in full. Your tuition account must be current for re-registration to be accepted and processed.
Payment Terms
The enrollment fee must be paid upon your child’s acceptance. For your convenience, the tuition will be divided into ten equal installments with the first payment due on August 1, and the last payment due on May 1.
Preschool Payment Schedule: First payment August 1, last payment July 1.
